Responsibilities and Duties
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Required Skills:-
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English both)
Educational Qualification – Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate ( Fresher) + Experienced
Experience: 0 – 4 years
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Shift Timing: 24*7
Salary – Max 1.40 LPA – 1.60 LPA
