Positions – Customer Service Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- This role shall function as a customer service executive and will serve customer requests. Customer requests will be served through email/calls/chat
- The employee will be responsible for monitoring and subsequent handling of all customer requests received by email.
- The employee will be responsible for serving customer requests in coordination with the branch operations team, branch sales team, legal team, etc.
- The will be responsible to provide a resolution to all the queries and respond to emails with the final closure
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good Written and Verbal Communication in English
- Relevant Experience in Serving Customer Requests through email and chat
Educational Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience – 1 – 5 Years
Salary – INR 1,75,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
