Position – Business HEAD – Infra Division

Job Description

  • Heading Projects and Business in the field of civil construction and setting-up Infrastructure division
  • Responsible for establishing Civil projects execution team
  • Business Development, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Project Management with a target Revenue of Rs.75 Cr in Year-1 and around Rs.120 Cr in Year-2
  • Evaluation of bid packages, tendering, estimation, quote activity, order book generation
  • Contracts Management, Cost monitoring and control of projects costs within budget and ensuring profitability of projects
  • Technical & Design Coordination & Value Engineering
  • Awarding sub-contracts; Finalizing and coordinating with sub-contractors for techno-commercial negotiations, cost estimates including billing claims
  • Financial & Technical risk modeling, Project Cash Flow analysis
  • Forecasting long and short-range market potential and formulation of strategies for accelerated growth of the infra business
  • Financial evaluation for new business initiatives
