Position: Verifier-TRM
Job Responsibilities:-
- a) To verify the leads generated by CAMs by the out-calling customers and explain the complete product again.
- b) Have to listen to the voice recordings of the CAM in which the product was pitched
- C) To lower the rejections received from Contact center Team by working on it.
- d) To maintain trackers/ MIS of sales converted and send it to concerned teams for
processing
Qualification Graduate: Any graduate/post graduate degree
Experience: Freshers/Experienced would be preferred.
Salary: ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
