Positions – Customer Service Manager
Job Description-
- Ability to pick up quality customers across liabilities & assets and cross-sell third-party products.
- To ensure accurate, timely, and error-free processing of customer service requests
- To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
- To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers
Roles and Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of the geographical area,
- Experience in banking, as well as exposure to banking products, is desired
communication skills with good command in English and Local Language is mandatory - Working knowledge of PPTs and understanding of MIS.
- Disciplined on the compliance and Audit part and knowledge of the product being handled
Educational Qualification – Any Graduate
Experience: 1 – 6 Years
Salary – INR 2,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
