Job Description –
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling calls & resolving enterprise-level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus-related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated
Technical Requirement:
• Knowledge in Networking, Hardware • Operating systems- OS • Server Technology SQL server, GPO • Hardware storage • System Securities Knowledge in Antivirus
Educational Qualification – Graduates / Undergraduates or Diploma Holders ( Arrears/Backlogs can be considered) 2020 passed outs are eligible.
Employment Type – Permanent Job, Full Time
Experience: 0 – 5 Years
Salary – INR 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
